Not a great day weatherwise, but a great day to get a few caches. 1st cache of the day, Marina Gateway, then it was off to nearby I lost my Marbles, and finished it up with a visit to Gonna Fly Now!. Top the day off with lunch at The Pita Pit, and you can't do much better for some rainy day fun.

On the way to pick up the kids, I made a Quick stop at Clerks!2.0. Then we went to Hey Patrick! and dropped off Hush Puppy TB. We then drove a few miles homeward and ended up at Give a man a GHOTI, which was naturally followed by a visit to OFF Agin(or on?) 2, as the sun set.

A terrible event necessitated us to be in Hawaii for a few days. I knew we'd have at least one day with not alot to do, so I thought, why not geocache? I had gotten the pages of the 20 nearest caches to where we were staying.
The first one we hit was Lekeleke. This was a very nice area, quite close to home.
Hard cache to find, but quite obvious once I found it. (Aren't they all? 
)
Next was a visit to Na'Ni & Pa'Pa Tribute Cache. This was a very nice location near the beach, but a very frustrating find... The clue itself was not too helpful, as the cache isn't exactly in the wall as I expected... We searched the same 50 sq feet for almost an hour (after searching all over the sea wall, as well) and was about to call this one a "Did Not Find", when, lo and behold, there it was... 
Next it was off to Walua Wai, a cache located in a very nice nieghborhood, along a road in the hills. This was a very tough cache, because my gps was bouncing everywhere (a common theme that day) and after a long search, the cache was found where I initially declared ground zero.
The day was wearing on, and since finding these caches was taking a lot longer than I anticipated (and much more fun, I might add), we dicided on one last cache, Captain Cook's Monumental Cache. However, traffic was really bad at this point, and it was starting to really pour down rain. We decided to call it a day, and have lunch at Evie's Organic Cafe & Bakery. Great food, just remind them to wash the lettuce .
All in all, we had a great time, and next time around, we'll hunt for a couple each day, early in the day...
