I have a new hero. His name is Alton Brown. Now those of you with TV Food Network may know of him, but regrettably, our cable provider sucks, and does not offer this show. Thankfully, through a discussion on fark.com, I learned out A.B., and his show, Good Eats. Since that day, I've been aquiring every episode of Good Eats, until I can afford the DVD's.

Since food has become my (new?) obsession, I've made it a goal to try and cook every recipe on the show... Yes, every recipe. Why? Why not?? I love to cook, and there's nothing better than Good Eats. And with that, I've also created a New Blog to chronicle the endevour. Enjoy, and drop on by for a quick bite sometime. Life is Short. Eat Good. [more]
