So there's been a lot going on, and there are some new things to check out.

First, there's an update on the BFL pages, including how I'm doing on my latest effort. Here's a chart of my current weight vs my goal:

I'm finally on track, and I also accomplished a personal first, and ran for 20 minutes today.

I also had a birthday a couple of weeks back; feel free to check out the pics.

Several friends gave me gift certificates, and I was able to obtain some cool items, amongst those, were:

I was also able to pick up a couple of new movies, both of which I highly recommend:

Both of these movies stayed with me long after I watched them.
